Leading with integrity in the age of agentic AI
As AI moves from tool to actor, the gap between what regulation requires and what organisations actually do is widening. Drawing on five years of AI governance experience, Susan Du Becker explores what leading with integrity really looks like when deploying AI across a global business. From accountability and judgment to the real-world consequences of weak planning and governance, and where regulation ends and organisational culture has to take over.

OPENING
Setting the Tone for the Week
The Week of Integrity opens on 26 October with a keynote from Christian Hauser, professor and business-integrity and anti-corruption expert, and a cross-functional panel that set the tone for the edition.
As AI, data and constant connectivity reshape how decisions get made, integrity is no longer any single function's job. This opening morning looks at what that means for leaders, and how compliance, technology, data, HR and the board work together to uphold it.
Free and open to all. Full programme and registration on the ICC website.
29 OCTOBER 2026
SEMINAR
Seminar: What Integrity Demands of Leadership
The central event of the Week.
On 29 October in Amsterdam, the seminar opens with the big picture, how shifting geopolitics is reshaping the world compliance and integrity professionals work in, before moving inside the organisation. Cyber, data, AI, social media and surveillance are the setting of 2026, and each session asks the same question: what does integrity demand of leadership? Built around candid, moderated conversations with leaders from business, government, academia and civil society, not long presentations.
Free and open to all. Full programme and registration on the ICC website.
