LEADING WITH INTEGRITY IN A DIGITAL AGE

LEADING WITH INTEGRITY IN A DIGITAL AGE

WEEK OF INTEGRITY 2026

10th edition

26-30 October

The Week of Integrity is an annual, multi-stakeholder initiative that brings together leaders from business, government, civil society and academia to reflect on integrity in practice — how it is challenged, shaped and upheld in real life.

Now in its 10th edition, it has grown into a trusted platform for dialogue, learning and leadership on the dilemmas that don’t have easy answers.

This year’s theme, Leading with Integrity in a Digital Age, asks a simple but demanding question: what does responsible leadership look like today, and what does it require of each of us?

The four questions we explore

  1. How do leaders exercise judgement under pressure?

  2. How can trust be designed into systems and organisations?

  3. How do digital tools, data and AI interact with human behaviour?

  4. How do organisations navigate grey zones and competing priorities?

At its core, the theme asks:
what does responsible leadership look like today, and what does it require of each of us?
