WEEK OF INTEGRITY 2025
27-31 October
This year, we explore how integrity lives within organisational culture, in the values we share, the behaviour we encourage, and the systems we build. Through dialogue, learning tools, and creative engagement, the Week of Integrity invites everyone to reflect, connect, and take action for a culture of integrity.
This Year’s Featured Artist: Kattekoppe
We are delighted to feature Femke Koppe (Kattekoppe) as the artist for this year’s Book of Essays. Her work reflects the spirit of the Week of Integrity, using creativity to open honest conversations about values, humanity, and respect.
By connecting integrity with the imagination of young people, Kattekoppe shows how art can foster awareness and dialogue across generations.
The Dutch illustrator and animator Femke Koppe, better known as Kattekoppe, uses her work to make difficult topics visible in an accessible and open way. With a style defined by minimal shapes, playfulness, and a touch of imagination, she manages to make heavy themes feel light and relatable.
Kattekoppe creates a visual language that allows space for openness and vulnerability — with integrity at its core. Her work stems from a genuine curiosity about humanity, honesty, and the power of imagination. Because her illustrations and animations are often aimed at children and young people, she portrays sensitive subjects such as sexual abuse and boundary-crossing behaviour in a way that is neither moralising nor overwhelming. Instead, her work invites dialogue, recognition, and comfort.
Through a careful balance of simplicity, playfulness, and respectful engagement, Kattekoppe makes topics discussable that are often surrounded by silence and taboo. Her visual language opens a safe space in which young people can explore their feelings and experiences, while encouraging adults to engage in dialogue with them. In doing so, her work fosters awareness and helps break through loneliness and shame.

Professors, experts, and professionals share how culture shapes integrity in daily work, while students turn those conversations into a lively, accessible experience.
Through their questions and curiosity, the younger generation brings new energy to timeless themes, showing that integrity starts with awareness, dialogue, and openness to learn.
