Integrity Toolbox
How does culture shape integrity?
In every organization, integrity is not just defined by policies, it’s lived through culture.
This year’s theme, Integrity & Culture, explores how daily habits, leadership behavior, and team dynamics influence the choices we make.
Through interactive tools, case studies, and dialogues, we invite organizations to reflect on their own culture and strengthen integrity from within.
How to use the Toolbox
Explore our free Toolbox to bring integrity and culture to life within your organisation.

Integrity eLearning
This short e-learning module, developed for the Week of Integrity, focuses on how to recognise and signal potential misconduct, and understand whistleblower protection in practice.
Whether you’re new to the topic or simply want a quick refresher, this interactive challenge helps you strengthen the culture of integrity in your organisation, one decision at a time.
Want to roll it out within your own organisation or training system (LLM)?
Contact us to discuss integration options, we're happy to help.
Integrity Dialogue
Host an open conversation on integrity using our dilemma videos and Dialogue Guidelines.
Each video raises awareness through the question: “Could this happen here?”
Invite colleagues to share experiences, reflect on their culture, and identify practical ways to strengthen integrity together.

Integrity Moments
Real Cases for organizational reflection
Explore real-world case studies that reveal red flags, consequences, and lessons from integrity challenges.
Each case is available in two formats:
-
Integrity Moment: a detailed version for deeper learning or team discussions.
-
Take 5 for Integrity: a short version designed for quick reflection — perfect to open a meeting, share on your intranet, or display as a poster during the Week of Integrity.
Boeing – When Profit Outflies Integrity
What happens when production speed overtakes safety?
Boeing’s story shows how financial pressure and silenced engineers led to tragedy — and how rebuilding a culture of integrity starts with listening before leading.
IBM – Diversity or Discrimination?
A former employee claimed his dismissal was driven by diversity targets rather than performance.
IBM’s ongoing case highlights the fine line between inclusion and fairness, and the need for integrity in every HR decision.
Murray v. UBS – The Cost of Speaking Up
A UBS strategist refused to manipulate research reports — and lost his job for it.
His victory at the U.S. Supreme Court set a global precedent for whistleblower protection and exposed why integrity must never come at a career’s cost.
Qatargate – Corruption at the Heart of Europe
Bribes, luxury gifts, and influence-for-sale rocked the European Parliament.
Qatargate revealed how weak oversight and ethical blindness can corrode even the highest public institutions — and why transparency remains democracy’s backbone.
PwC Australia – The Price of Betraying Trust
Partners at PwC Australia misused confidential government data to benefit clients — undermining the very laws they helped draft.
The scandal shook the consulting industry and showed that once trust is broken, transparency is the only way back.
Dutch Big Four – Cheating on Ethics
Hundreds of auditors at the Netherlands’ largest firms were caught sharing answers on internal ethics exams.
A case that reminds us: integrity training means nothing if leadership doesn’t live it.

Integrity Card Game
Discover integrity through play.
The Integrity & Culture Card Game turns ethical reflection into an engaging, team-building experience.
Inspired by the classic “Happy Families / Kwartet,” the game invites players to collect full “Integrity Families”, from Leadership and Accountability to Transparency and Inclusion, while sharing real-life experiences along the way.
The real twist? The Wild Card: Integrity Storytelling.
When drawn, this card invites a story: players share a real example, reflection, or lesson linked to integrity and culture. It’s a moment to pause the game, listen, and connect, turning play into meaningful dialogue.
Designed for 3–6 players, it’s perfect for workshops, coffee breaks, or informal team sessions.
Each round sparks connection, reflection, and laughter, showing that integrity can be both serious and fun.
Order your deck and bring integrity to the table, one conversation at a time.

Promote the Week of Integrity
To help you share and promote the values of the Week of Integrity within your organisation, we provide a range of visual materials — including logos, posters, and graphics — to support your internal and external communication on integrity.
By using these resources, you can easily highlight the importance of transparency, accountability, and ethical behaviour throughout the Week of Integrity. All materials are ready to use across digital platforms, in print, or around your workplace.
